Come and stay for a taste of relaxing Rural Island life. Enjoy the east side of the Island of Hawaii in our charming and comfortable 1 bed/1 bath home that offers an excellent home base to relax or return to each day from exploration. This beautifully appointed 1 bedroom/ 1 bath with fold-out couch is in the top floor of a two-story home. It is the perfect locale for sightseeing the Hilo and Volcano side of The Big Island. Guests stay on the 2nd floor which is 480 square feet of living space.

Located on the beautiful East side of the Big Island. This 1880 sq/ft (Includes open BBQ area, 2nd bath, washroom & open space downstairs) home. It sits on an acre lot surrounded by ohia trees, wild orchids & hapu'u ferns. This property is located in a residential neighborhood for you to conveniently explore the East side including several black sand beaches, hikes to tide pools & waterfalls near Hilo & Volcanoes National Park. Birds songs can be heard in the day & coqui frog chirps at night.

This is a beautiful newer build with great attention to detail. This includes a private bedroom, bathroom and well-appointed kitchen with everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation. This property is 10 blocks from high-cliff ocean, on the dead-end side of the street, with very little traffic. The lanai overlooks our 1-acre avocado orchard with 70 avocado trees, lychee, papaya, mango, banana, pineapple, mandarin, spinach and lemongrass. Please ask my husband, Jason, what is ripe.

This home is obviously unique and has even been featured on HGTV's Off Beat American & The Travel Channel, but it is the land itself that we fell in love with. This all-concrete house is ocean front and perched on a lava cliff at Kehena Point. The Point sticks out into the ocean further than the surrounding lava cliffs and offers unparalleled views of the coast in both directions. Watch whales in season (November-April), and walk to a black sand beach.

Located on a quiet peninsula of Keaau, in the Hawaiian Paradise Park sub-devision, just outside of Hilo, the Whale House is a stand-alone residence for one guest, families or group. A truly unique house built directly on top of an ancient lava flow. Unlike all other houses in the area, a tractor did not level the lava to build a structure. The Whale House is constructed entirely on original, untouched lava flow just yards from the Pacific Ocean.
