This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Viken med fantastisk havsutsikt! Välkommen till en fräsch stuga med bäddade sängar. Städning, lakan och handdukar ingår i priset. Stugan är ca 20 kvm stor med litet pentry (spis 2 plattor och kylskåp med litet frysfack) badrum med dusch, handfat och toalett, matbord, soffa och våningssäng med 120 cm nere och en 80 cm bädd uppe. Stugan är nybyggd och ligger bredvid privatbostad, har egen uteplats, med stolar och bord, parasoll, torkställning samt egen parkering.

Den Sorte Cottage + Orangeri

Udlejning fra 1. april - 31. oktober. Den Sorte Cottage med orangeri er en del af den historiske ejendom Skippergaarden, Fabersvej 2c, i det gamle Gilleleje. Skippergaarden er fra 1797, bygget af vraggods fra en ostindienfarer, der forliste udenfor Gilleleje i 1797 (sidste renovering 2003/4), og Den Sorte Cottage er fra 1892, da landliggerbegrebet opstod (sidste renovering 2019/20). Orangeriet er fra 2009. Her er wi-fi og parkering.

Have your lunch and dinner on the large terrace facing the water. Enjoy the magical sunset first row. 10 min by car to both Lund and Malmö. Bus stop to Lund, Lomma Storgata, is about 700m from the house. Trains to Malmö leave frequently.

Ålabodarna Seaside is a wonderful small house right by the sea in the picturesque fishing village south of Helsingborg. Here the house sits beautifully nestled between the castle Örenäs Slott and the harbour with the sea on your doorstep. The amazing views stretches across to Ven and Denmark and all the way to the Öresund bridge on a clear day. Fancy a bite? There are two restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance.
