Charmerende sommerhus med fantastisk stemning inde og ude. Skønt og meget fredeligt beliggende, som det sidste hus for enden af lille grusvej i den gamle del af Rågeleje. Fra sommerhuset er der 200 meter til skoven og 800 meter til stranden. Grunden er total uforstyrret med en smuk ældre beplantning. Huset er totalrenoveret i år og fremstår meget indbydende med loft til kip og udgang til stor syd-vestvendt træterrasse. Huset rummer tillige 3 gode soveværelser og fuldstændig nyt badeværelse.

Neighbor with Arild's vineyard near the sea. 6-700 meters to restaurants and harbor. Wood burning stove for warmth and coziness. Since we try to keep our prices as low as possible, we let you choose your desired service level. Bed linen and towels can be added, at a cost of SEK 120 per set , final hours cleaning for SEK 500. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

I stueetagen er der en god entre og badeværelse, et nyt køkken og det mest fantastiske opholdsrum på knapt 50 m2 med en stor masseovn, staldvinduer hele vejen rundt og åben konstruktion til kip med store flotte bjælker. 1. sal: et godt soveværelse, lille toilet med håndvask og et stort rum på ca. 34 m2 og dør til altan, hvor man har udsigt til marker og skoven. Her er en ny kæmpe terrasse ca. 45 m2 mod sydvest.

Our private cozy guest cottage located on the most beautiful spot, in the charming old fishing village Svanshall. You will have a glimt of the sea when having breakfast and you are just 1 minute walk from a dip in Skälderviken. If you are here for hiking, Kullaleden is just outside the garden. The cottage is personally decorated with room for 4 persons. One bedroom with a queen sized bed and one sofa bed, double sized.

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim. And then Oroe is only 1,5 hours drive from Copenhagen. If this house is booked, feel free to see our other house on Orø.
