We are located 2 miles from the Martinsville Speedway, 3 miles from the Smith River Complex and 6 miles from Commonwealth Crossing. Centrally located 1 hour from Roanoke, VA and 45 minutes to Greensboro, NC. We have 4 Smart TV’s (family room and bedrooms). You will be within walking distance of Uptown, the Dick & Willie Trail, and the Virginia Museum of Natural History. This historic home was one of three homes built by the Simmons family. Dick Simmons, president of American Furniture Company built and lived in this home.

Each bedroom has a large television and en suite. Spacious family room and kitchen. Although unlikely should any property issues arise no worries our Property manager is located in the lower level to assist. Property manager has no access to home.
