It has a heated indoor pool so even in the winter time you can enjoy the water with view of the lake. There is a dock as well. So if you happen to want to enjoy the lake, you can. The house has its own boat ramp so if you want to bring your own boat you can. If not there are places to rent them from. Hope you come and enjoy our piece of paradise.

This unique place has a style all its own. Located a few blocks from Hickory’s Union Square, this 1930’s bungalow offers convenient access to the Downtown shops and restaurants with the serenity and privacy of its enclosed garden yard which includes an outdoor cabana shower, patio and rock fire pit. There is a full laundry, dedicated den / office with walk-in closet. Queen bed in the master with twin beds in the second bedroom. Enjoy the large front porch with porch swing and sidewalk access.

The 16% Airbnb booking fee and Cleaning Fee are now included in the price, and will not be listed separate on your invoice. 5th Ave Cottage offers an uptown location with high-tech amenities. One block to Lenoir-Rhyne University, City Walk, the historic downtown. Our cottage is within walking distance to parks, amazing restaurants, Union Square, Lenoir Rhyne and Salt Block museums. Lake Hickory is a short 15-minute drive. There are plenty of boat and other rentals for water enthusiasts.

Our convenient location makes this property accessible to everything in Hickory - just hop on the City Walk to discover downtown Hickory or LRU. Each bedroom has its own full walk-in shower & closet. On the first floor, you will find a full kitchen, living area, laundry & two bedrooms. The second floor accommodates two full bedrooms, as well as another half bath. Our home provides everything you need for a wonderful stay.

The 2-1-3 house

The 2-1-3 house is a charming 1950's bungalow right in the heart of hickory, just minutes from downtown, Lenoir Rhyne college, and many other corporate offices. Coffee houses, restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and dry cleaning are all within walking distance. The 215 is pet friendly, however we REQUIRE a $20 pet fee, per pet ,also no more than 2 pets allowed. Animals can be no larger than 40 lbs. When you book please select the amount of guest including the pet/pets as guest.
