It has a heated indoor pool so even in the winter time you can enjoy the water with view of the lake. There is a dock as well. So if you happen to want to enjoy the lake, you can. Welcome to our quiet & cozy studio apartment located in our basement. You have your own driveway, entrance, and a private space that locks separately so you can relax. The studio is about 800 square feet, giving you plenty of room during your stay. Our location is close to Hickory, Morganton, with easy drives to Lake James, Table Rock, Blue Ridge Parkway, Boone, and Charlotte. The best part is the peaceful setting on our 70-acre farm where you’re free to explore and enjoy the countryside.

Per night rental is for 1 of the 2 units that each include a queen bed, two twin beds, kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator, and 2 full bathrooms. Rental of both units on the same dates allow for full house occupancy by guests. General admission tickets included with rental from the date of check-in to the date of check-out (based on seasonal operating hours ).
