The 2 unit Townhouse sits on 5.14 acres of land and was recently remodeled. One unit we rent-out; the second unit we live in with our family We are located: 20 minutes from Condord NH, 30 minutes from Manchester NH 40 minutes from Manchester airport and 10 minutes from New England college in Henniker NH. The nearby pond is 0.5 mile. away where you can canoe, kayak, and fish. The suite is located in the unit that we rent out through the Airbnb. It is newly constructed with a fresh decor.

Auk's Nest Cottage

Auk’s Nest is a lovely renovated 1770s two-story cottage on a country road in Temple, NH. You'll wake to birdsong, have daily breakfast on the sunny kitchen deck or screened porch viewing the gardens. Dark Roast coffee, fruit bowl, scones & croissants, cream & sugar provided by host. 5G Internet.   Dogs are welcome with an additional $30 fee per stay. Small fenced dog yard. Joanna, your host, resides in the attached Garden Apartment behind the house (private entrance).
