The road is plowed and relatively flat. In winter you need at least all season but preferably snow tires to access.

It is on 1/3 acre in a small community 11 miles from Burlington and 8 miles from Shelburne village. The trailer can be effectively cooled during the summer and heated during the spring and fall months as needed. Minimum age to book: 22
