Unser attraktives Ferienhaus liegt in St.Quirin/Tegernsee Es erwartet Sie ein wunderschönes, alleinstehendes Ferienhaus auf einem Seegrundstück mit einer Terrasse, die eine atemberaubende Sicht auf den Tegernsee gewährt, ein privater Steg zum See, eine großzügige vollausgestattete Wohnküche mit einem elektrischen Gaskamin , ein Badezimmer und ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett/ Schlafsofa. Im Wohnzimmer bietet eine Couch noch eine weitere Schlafmöglichkeit für Kinder oder einer weitere Person.

Wir haben keine Playstation aber wir haben den Wald als wohl größter, vielseitigster und kreativster Spielplatz den es gibt für jung bis alt hinterm Haus.

Majas Hütte - Märchenhafte Auszeit im Wald

Majas Hütte ist ein ehemaliges Jagdhaus mitten im Wald, das in ein kuscheliges Nest verwandelt wurde. Der kleine Holzofen in der urigen Stube mit Kochecke erzeugt wohlige Wärme, ein zweiter Ofen im Schlafzimmer sorgt für Wohlfühlambiente. Von hier aus hat man Zugang zur Terrasse, auf der man die ersten Sonnenstrahlen oder aber auch den Mondschein und Sternenhimmel genießen kann. Und wer geduldig ist, wird in der Dämmerung vielleicht mit dem Besuch von Rehen, Füchsen oder Hasen belohnt!

This lovingly furnished log cabin with its own balcony offers all the comforts you could wish for. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining and living area is designed to accommodate larger groups. The heart of the wooden house is our large masonry stove, which keeps the cabin wonderfully warm and cozy in winter. The cabin is located along the Inn river, just before the Austrian border, giving you quick access to all kinds of mountain sports.

Unsere kleine, gemütliche Einraumhütte bietet Platz für 3 Personen, gemeinsame Stunden und Abende. Mit dem Holzofen wird es wohlig warm, eine große Eckbank mit Tisch, Stockbett, Kommode befinden sich ebenso in der Hütte. Grillmöglichkeit direkt neben der Hütte, Wasser direkt an der Hütte am Brunntrog, Strom ist vorhanden. Das Plumpsklo ist ein paar Meter von der Hütte entfernt, eine Outdoor-Solarsackdusche ist vorhanden.

Bauern Hütte am Oberadelsberg

Entspann dich in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft auf 1.150m und genieße die Aussicht über das Tal. Die alte Bauernhütte hat ein Schlafzimmer, einen Wohn-Essbereich mit Holzofen, der vor allem im Winter eine wohlige Wärme versprüht. Außerdem gibt es ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und die urige Hütte bietet mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Elektroherd, Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine auch genügend Komfort.
