It has stunning views of Mount Wellington, the city of Hobart and beyond to the Derwent River. It is a seven minute drive to the waterfront, Salamanca or North Hobart. Seaview has been thoughtfully styled with a mix of antique and modern furniture to blend the federation home and Japanese inspired extension. It is a unique property.

Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Welcome to 29 Ebden – your sanctuary to unwind & rejuvenate. Elevated and private, this luxurious architecturally designed home in Hobart's North has all that you need to enjoy a memorable stay in Tasmania. Perched atop a hill overlooking the Derwent River, the house features a large deck & outdoor wood fire pit, as well as a bath deck. Please note; 29 Ebden's bedrooms are double (queen) share. "the pickers cottage" is an 1850's historic brick house originally used as a place to house fruit pickers! This gorgeous home is situated in the character rich, inner city of Hobart. The building has been transformed into a light, spacious, cosy, contemporary 2 bedroom accomodation which is centrally located within minutes walk to the CBD. It is fully equipped, self contained and private. You are most welcome to come and stay and enjoy this memorable abode.
