Located near golfing community of Santee in the small town of Vance, SC. Quiet area with a private dock on deep water. An outdoor shower was recently added. Water mat, 2 single inflatable kayaks, 1 single inflatable kayak and floats available to enjoy. TVs with Roku streaming are available for all your streaming accounts. WiFi available.

The Cottage for Two

The Cottage was built in the late 1930's for a local church and was used as a Sunday school room, for receptions, etc.. In 2004 we relocated the Hut, as it was once called, to this site and restored it to it's existing condition, staying with it's late 30's roots. It and main house sets on 5 beautifully landscaped acres and is located only 7 minutes from historic downtown Summerville. Please note that this is NOT INTENDED AS A VENUE and is a SHARED POOL, not exclusive to the pool house guest.

Relax with family and friends at this peaceful lake home. Located on an inlet one minute off the largest lake in South Carolina, Lake Marion is known for it's big fish and abundant wildlife. With your own private dock, you can boat/fish all day and leave your boat in the water for your entire stay. If you enjoy golfing, three of the states best golf courses are within minutes. This log home is centrally located between Columbia and Charleston. Restaurants, shopping, and beaches all close by.

Nice lake home on a cove that connects to the lake. FIBER HIGH SPEED INTERNET JUST ADDED. JUST ADDED TV's IN BEDROOMS Very quite, private and relaxing. Located 20 minutes from Santee and 1 hour from downtown Charleston. All your streaming services are avalible. This is a great place to disconnect, relax, and enjoy yourself. If you fish , this is on a lake known for great fishing featuring the big blue cat fish. Or if you just want to enjoy a quiet time away this is the retreat for you.

Relaxing Comfortable Waterfront Family Dock Suite

Bring your family or group to this 3 bedroom 1+ bath place in the large trees with lots of room for relaxing and fun (….if you are a jeans and sweatshirt kind of person. It is not the Hilton!) TVs in each room, and 2 covered decks. Fish, or just sit out on the dock, watch the boats run by, and appreciate the lake. We rarely use the dock ourselves. 600’ from our public boat ramp with a park and small beach. Please also note that we do have cameras installed that monitor outside only.

Located next to the family farmhouse at Wild Goose Flower Farm, The Goose Cottage was designed to immerse guests in our calm and peaceful country life. We are located 15 minutes from the hearts of Cane Bay, Nexton and Exit 194 on I-26, and 45 minutes from Downtown Charleston. Very private and secure gate for safety.Our cabin is located approximately 3 miles from the small town of Harleyville S.C. I -95 and I-26 are only minutes away.

Lake Marion Getaway!

Our little place is nestled in the Mill Creek community in Vance, SC, with boat access to Lake Marion about 100 yards from our driveway. The neighborhood is friendly, with golf carts meandering about, people fishing, boating, enjoying their gardens and the local campground and restaurant.
