This beautiful studio with garden view in a family home is a peaceful place just 15 minutes away from the busy city center. The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. The house has 3 floors, whereby WC is on the ground floor, the kitchen/living room/douche are on the first floor and the bedrooms are on the second. Interesting for you to know is that we blok 2-3 weeks every year in order to do maintenance on the house.

Our apartment is located on the top floor in one of Alkmaar's most famous buildings. It is the ideal base for exploring the city and the region.
