Your temporary home at the foot of the Lakes Region and amongst many ski areas is an hour from the White Mountains, Boston, and New Hampshire’s beautiful seacoast. There are endless places to explore within a short driving distance, no matter the season. The cottage has its own entrance and parking across a large garden from our home. We are available or invisible, whichever you prefer. Come enjoy all that New Hampshire has to offer!

Get away from life at the treetop sanctuary! Follow the suspended path through the trees to your own little treetop oasis. This standalone space rests 30 feet above the forest floor. The Concordian - Walk to White Park, Downtown, UNH

A quiet and beautiful updated second-floor apartment steps away from downtown Concord. The apartment is attached to a historic 1800’s New Englander home and has a fully renovated bathroom (as of 12/1/24!), full kitchen, one bedroom, a living/dining room with a pullout mattress with topper, plus two walk-in closets. Additionally, we provide air conditioning, high-speed internet, and Netflix for guests. The space is professionally cleaned AND linens are professionally laundered!

Lucy the Caboose Cabin

Lucy the Caboose is a truly unique tiny house experience in a reproduction 1880s caboose in a woodsy, serene setting. You can almost sense the rhythm of the rails as you drift off to sleep in the queen bed in the cupola. Lucy, built 2019, looks and feels like a 19th C., narrow-gauge caboose. It has modern comforts like electricity, wifi, flush toilet, hot water, shower, kitchen sink, mini-fridge, heat, A/C, & skylights. Please also read the section "other details to note"

Seasonal lake side cottage

Cottage comes with the use of two kayak's, a canoe, two stand up paddle boards, hammock and outside fire place to roast s'mores. (Please do not use fireplace until dusk). Refrigerator & freezer, microwave, keurig, toaster, basic pots and pans, outside grill,a clean lake with swimming area. Tv/DVD player & DVD’s(no cable), WiFi. We supply towels,linens & beach towels. Friendly neighbors on either side of cottage. A perfect relaxing, unplugged weekend getaway.
