The house is only 250 meters from Beach Area # 2 and it's perfect for a family or friends gathering. A short five minutes drive to the entertainment strip, restaurants and grocery stores (Walmart and Bank). My place is close to Located 15 minutes from Midland and Georgian Bay. 10 minutes from Mount St.Louis ski resort, 15 minutes to Horseshoe Valley, 20 minutes to Barrie and just over an hour from Toronto. There are lots of golf courses close by or you can just walk out to your deck and enjoy the pleasures of the lake. It is a small spring fed lake ideal for small children as there is a gentle drop off. The lake offers good bass fishing, a water skiing course and all the water sports you want.

We are a group of ten unique and pretty cottages, located directly In front of Beach 2. We back onto the Nottawasaga River(excellent for fishing). We are extremely clean and have a separate washroom facility for our cottages. There is a common picnic area , overlooking the river with 2 full Bbq's available for guest use. We have a fire pit for late night hotdogs, smores and marshmallow roasting. We are a 5 min walk from the waterfront square- this is where all the special events take place.
