Crazy Horse (14' tipi)

Crazy Horse & Custer traveled this way to Devils Tower. This tipi can comfortably sleep 4 adults. Each tipi has as two burner stove, 3 gallons of water, a pot, coffee fixing things, a propane lantern and a solar lantern. There is no electricity on the property and an outdoor solar shower available if desired. Sleeping places (pad, sheets, blankets and pillows) can be set up for a total fee of $30 for 4 payable on arrival; more available for $10. Please request this when making a reservation.

Guests are welcome to hike, fish Kara Creek, or fish the 11 acre pond stocked with trout (many over 20 inches) and large mouth bass. Relax with friends and family in this quiet Pine Haven getaway with 2 bedrooms, 3/4 bath and 1/2 bath, laundry, well-stocked kitchen including coffee, tea and hot cocoa. Large dining and living rooms comfortably seat 6, and there's a nice shady patio area for your enjoyment. The Wolf Den has one queen size bed; the Bears Den has one queen bed and two twin XL beds. Beautiful 60-acre working hobby farm nestled in the Bear Lodge Mountains with access to the Black Hills National Forest. This site has a fully fenced area to ensure your privacy and deny access to the farm animals. Inside your fenced area you will be able to relax with nap in the hammock, enjoy a meal outside, read a book under the oak trees, tell stories around the fire pit, or take a walk on a meandering nature trail.
