Additional amenities include a wine fridge, coffee bar, surround sound, stocked laundry room, outdoor patio, and backyard fire pit (seasonal). Garage access and large driveway are perks as well!

Located 4.2 miles to Bass Lake, 23 miles to Yosemite South Gate Entrance (Mariposa Grove) or 90 minutes to Yosemite Valley. Summers can be spent witnessing sailing regattas, fishing, kayaking, and hiking in the Kaiser Wilderness. Winters are for skiing, snowmobiling, and sitting by the fire. There are two seasonal convenience stores within walking distance and the Lakeshore Resort with its restaurant and bar are also easily accessible.
