The spacious apartment is located on a beautiful, idyllic mountain farm-far away from stress and hectic. The private sun terrace is inviting for relaxing and sniffing the mountain air. In summer our apartment is the perfect starting point for wonderful hiking and cycling tours, in winter for ski tours. A few steps from the house is the bus stop for the free public bus. The center and the valley stations of the cable cars are about 3.5 km away-it can be easily reached by public bus or car.

Unser geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Apartment bietet Platz für 2 Personen und ist der perfekte Rückzugsort für eine Auszeit. Das Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen und zentralen Sackgasse, nur wenige Minuten von Restaurants, Geschäften und dem malerischen Stadtzentrum entfernt.

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in ruhiger, sonniger Hanglage und bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick über Bad Hofgastein und die umliegende Bergwelt. Sie ist ausgestattet mit einem Doppelbett, eigenem Bad, Kochnische und Balkon. Gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, ca. 700 m abseits der Hauptstraße, des Bahnhofs und der Bushaltestellen. Das Zentrum ist auch zu Fuß entlang der Gasteiner Ache in ca. 30 Minuten erreichbar. Skilagermöglichkeit vorhanden.

Our farm house is situated directly in the untouched nature in the valley of Gastein, surrounded by wonderful mountains. Enjoy the magnific panorama view, the quietness as well as the fresh air. It is the ideal starting point for leisure activities, sightseeing tours as well as for recreation. The city centre of Bad Hofgastein is although only 2 km away. In winter you profit from the near location to the ski run, you can reach the ski run from our house.

Sie besticht durch die uneingeschränkte Sicht ins gesamte Gasteinertal. Sie ist sehr ruhig, alle Fenster gehen ins Tal, man hört keinen Verkehrslärm. Sie ist ideal für 2 Personen, aber durch das Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich können noch einmal 2 Personen die Aussicht genießen.
