The lake is home to eagles, herons, geese, ospreys and fish! You will see kayakers out there fishing! Stowe Mt and Smuggler’s Notch are both nearby. Breweries, art galleries, restaurants are close by. You can walk or bike to the 93 mile Lamoille Valley Rail Trail from our home. Our shed is available for storing your bikes, kayaks or skis.

Sitting on our 200 acre estate this authentic barn offers our guests a chance to relax in the beautiful rolling hills of Vermont. Access the vast majority of our historic Stowe area land -- from our apple orchards to our extensive walking paths in fields and woodland. We hope that you can experience such fun and quiet time in our cozy, western-style bunk room. Located only a 10 minute drive from downtown Stowe.

The Sugar House on Maple Hill Road was once the site of a traditional Sugar House. The post and beams, wooden ceiling boards, 26 foot ceiling enhances the interior beauty. The house sits on 7 acres of woods with a small stream. Stowe Mountain Resort, The Trapp Family Lodge, Smugglers Notch, Long Trail, are just a few of the near by points of interest. It is well appointed with antiques, a hand carved queen bed and a big collection of eclectic books that we encourage our guests to go home with. Our 1 bedroom apartment, is in the center of Hyde Park Village and is the perfect spot to enjoy all Vermont has to offer. Apartment has living area, bathroom with shower, beautiful kitchen, hardwood floors, washer/dryer and garage. Our building sits in a secluded area with off street parking and is decorated with comfortable furniture in soothing colors featuring local artist wares and clean as a whistle.
