Levinge Homestead is located at 3kms from Mother Teresa Women's University in Kodaikanal. It's in a gated community and part of a calm neighborhood. The view from the cottage is spectacular with Mountain ranges and vegetable farms. The cottage is directly connected to the bus route where the government buses ply six times a day. There are two spacious bedrooms with attached toilets, spacious living room and kitchen. We have Cloud Kitchen, FSSAI registered, a healthy food option for our guests.

Kookal is a beautiful and quaint drive away from Kodaikanal, the Princess of Hills, 15 kms after Poomparai. It is a perfect destination for those on the lookout for offbeat places to stay. Our cottage is located in a 5 acre property, facing the Shola forests and has an excellent view of the Kookal lake.

The Artist is our smallest and cosiest cottage, ideal for up to 2 guests. It is surrounded by eucalyptus trees and a few steps away from the stream which runs through the farm. All cottages and the common dining room have wifi, 24/7 hot water and power back up. We are accessible by car and there is parking on the farm. Home style veg and non-veg meals are offered on the farm: Breakfast - Rs. 250 per head Lunch - Rs. 300 per head Dinner - Rs. 400 per head.
