Huoneistossa on lattialämmitys. Oma sauna ja iso lasitettu parveke ovat käytössäsi. Keittiöstä löytyvät tarvittavat välineet kokkailuun, ja myös astianpesukone. Pyykinpesukone ja silitysmahdollisuus ovat myös asunnossa saatavilla. Asunnossa on iso vaatehuone. Asuntoon ei oteta eläimiä.
