Centrally located in IV, our home is 1 mile to Lake Tahoe, 3 miles to Sand Harbor Beach and close to Kings Beach. In winter, ski at Diamond Peak, just 1 mile away, Mt Rose is 3 miles away. Video & Audio Ring camera used at front exterior door. Incline Beaches are NOT available to guests. Permit: WSTR22-0133

Homewood Hideaway's 2 Bedroom Flat

Sandy and I have opened up the option to choose the Homewood Hideaway 2 bedroom flat as well...The description is the same as the 1 bedroom flat.. We except 1 small-medium size dog 50lbs and under, by interview only.. You will be charged $35 a day for the dog.. The dog will not be left unattended in the unit without being confined to a kennel.. Please don't let your dog on our furniture or beds...If you bring a dog without our knowledge you may be asked to leave.

This arrangement is ideal due to the space and beds. Due to the fire risk, we have a strict NO-Fireplace Policy. Although we have one, guests are not permitted to use it. No children under 4 allowed for safety.
