1 bedroom basement apartment with living room, kitchen, and full bathroom with washer/dryer combo. Guests enter into a common area via door at back of home (through gate on left side of driveway). Apartment is downstairs from common area (through door to the left immediately upon entry). Common area doubles as a night-time sleeping area for our dogs (kenneled). The dogs are often roaming the backyard. They’ll approach you & try to play, if you let them. All of the animals are very friendly.

Our beautiful light filled cabin with wood-burning fireplace is perched above our spring-fed 15 acre private lake next to the common outdoor lounge area and sand beach. We have 200 acres of gorgeous property with limestone boulders and hiking trails throughout. The lake is great for swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding and offers excellent fishing. We are five minutes from downtown Excelsior Springs, Excelsior Springs golf course and 3EX municipal airport. Relax, rejuvenate and play.

Rock Valley Ranch Farmhouse, 15 acres, sleeps 14

Enjoy a peaceful stay at our newly remodeled farm house in Lone Jack. A beautiful ranch set on 15 acres overlooking a pond and fenced roaming horses. Spend a weekend away to gather with friends and family, host a small group event, or business meeting! The home has five bedrooms, three full bathrooms. and an open kitchen designed for entertaining. For outdoor festivities, there are two large porches and a separate pavilion! Located 15 minutes east of Lee's Summit.

Welcome to the lake retreat in the heart of the city! Waking up to the sunrise on the water & watching the geese roam about is quite the morning delight. Spend your afternoon fishing off the dock or watching football on the patio which has a 65in outdoor tv, corn hole, & a smoker! Visit KC during the day & wind down at night with a cozy fire by the lake! **No kayaking or swimming is permitted. Guests are only allowed to access the lake via our private dock.

Relax with the whole family or by yourself at this peaceful newly renovated stay. We have new beautiful vinyl flooring, new carpets, new beds, kitchen appliances. Our master bed room has an in suite private bath, whiles our other room has an adjacent bath with in suite laundry units. These rooms each have walk in closets and dresser . We have a smart tv in the living room with streaming services ( like prime and Netflix) and live local tv channels

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Peaceful space in the valley where a rooster crow is all you hear in the morning. Have coffee on the dock while feeding koi in the koi pond! Off the beating path of traffic. Short drive to I 435 and I 35. About a half hour drive to Royals and Chiefs stadiums, downtown KC and Kansas speedway! Minutes from the bike and walking trails that circle Smithville Lake!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy your own private cottage with all your essentials; You also have access to the property's hot tub and 1 acre pond stocked with catfish, blue gill, and bass! The cottage has a 1 queen size bed and a mattress in the loft . Please note: we do live on this property and the cottage is next to our main house. We have friendly outdoor cats they do freely roam the property.
