My Airbnb is close to parks, restaurant and Sand Dunes. The apartment is in the house on beautiful Pine lake. Please note that the balcony in the picture is not part of the apartment. the pictures are to show the patio of which you have full access. Pets are welcome but there is a $15 charge per pet per night. The fee should be made in advance through the send money. We live in a area that pets must be walked to do bathroom duties. They are NOT allowed on my grass or in flower beds.

The building will sleep 4-5 with a comfy double bed, a pull out sofa and an additional sofa. It is decorated with fun mid century furniture and decor. Everything is freshly up to date with new furnace, & air conditioning. Please enjoy your stay!

We are also pet friendly so if you want to bring your furry friends we are happy to host them as well, just be aware that there is a $100 fee that covers our additional cost. Ellie's Escape is named for our oldest daughter who loves to travel. She has traveled with us since she was an infant and will pick up in a moment's notice to hit the road. This completely renovated and updated 1 Bedroom ground floor apartment is part of a historic home built in 1900. At nearly 1,000 square feet, it is much larger and certainly more comfortable than your typical hotel room. Located in the downtown historic district, it is walking distance to shops, restaurants and more.

Welcome to the Studio by Falls Park. This is a family-friendly studio apartment with a separate entrance. You are within walking distance to several good restaurants and the local drinking hole (The Wine Stable), Falls Park, walking trails. Located 10 minutes off I-69, and 20 minutes North of Indianapolis. Harrah’s casino is 15 minutes North on I-69. Studio has shower/bath, 1 queen bed, a full size futon, queen size blowup mattress and kitchen.
