Idaho State University is a short two block walk and within 3 blocks we have a darling coffee shop, an eclectic hardware store (that carries a grand selection of shoes, wine, and outdoor gear) and a grocery store.

It is located in an upscale area with incredible, sweeping views of the area and surrounding mountains. You can often glimpse deer and other wildlife from the windows and off the deck.
