King's Cottage Uralla

Relax in a slice of Uralla's history. King's Cottage, circa 1886 has been lovingly restored and renovated, offering guests the charm of yesteryear, coupled with modern day conveniences. Each bedroom features a period gas flame fireplace, as well as the bathroom where you can lay back in the bath gazing in to the fire as you relax. Self contained accommodation on native bush equestrian property. Built in 2014 from Kingspan insulating panels this house is a showcase for solar passive design; warm in winter, cool in summer. We run a professional equestrian business on site with the Flat for guests. Separate entrance, on site parking, 1 bedroom with queen bed, living room with TV, free wifi, bathroom, full kitchen in a beautiful rural setting but only 2km to Uralla with food, shops and pubs. Kate's Cottage - Rosyth Farm

Located just 6 km from the Armidale town boundary, this two room cottage has its own kitchen and bedroom as well as a private outdoor BBQ area. The latter features a fire pit, pizza oven, gas BBQ and all the cast iron cooking equipment to create a unique outdoor culinary experience. There is access to a flushing toilet and shower (in the main building, 40m away) that is private a for the exclusive use of guests. All this is set within a 6 acre small holding with gardens and views.

Barking Dog Gallery Bedsit

Barking Dog Gallery is opposite The Top Pub and New England Brewery on the main road in Uralla. The self catering bedsit is attached to the back of the house down the driveway behind Barking Dog Galley and the pottery workshop. The bedsit features skylights, double glazing, antique and modern furniture, a queen size bed and a well equiped kitchen. Tea, coffee and milk is supplied. Just walk across the road for a great meal at The Top Pub. Check in after 3pm. Check out 10am.

Dunroamin is a peaceful 2 bedroom house 12 kms from the centre of Armidale with plenty of room for the kids to move. The space Neat & tidy 2 bedroom house that can sleep up to 6 people (on request). Only minutes away from the Armidale pine forest which has plenty of mountain bike & walking tracks. Or you can choose to sit and relax and watch the local wildlife at Dunroamin. The Garden Shed

This new, fully self-contained granny flat is clean and spacious, and centrally located - 10 to 15 minute walk to town centre and 3.5 km from the UNE. Shared backyard and garden with the owner-occupied main house, you can feel free to help yourself to the vege patch. After two busy years, and lovely, consistent guest feedback, I'm making a small rate adjustment to keep things in line with the market. Note - security cameras are external only
