Stunning Studio for max. 3, by Dassia beach, Corfu

A small complex of 10 apartments and my office, were you can find and use on request, laundry machine and dryer. Our small apartments for 2-3 people, (located on the ground floor or the top floor, depending on availability). Equipped with 1 double bed or 2 single beds connected .. On request we add 1 more single bed for the 3rd person. Well equipped kitchenette, en suite bathroom with shower, WiFi, TV, hair drier. Furnished balcony with garden view. Regular cleaning service.

Our knowledge as a hotel Manger and Architecture helped us to have as a priority to provide you a Safe Place to stay based on privacy . As We use to travel a lot the only thing that we really need when we are away from home is to find a place to stay where we feel like "Home away from home". The apartment in a hotel "Spyridoula Studio 13", which is situated in Kerkyra, overlooks the nearby sea. The cosy 25 m² property consists of a living area, a kitchenette, a sleeping area and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning as well as a TV. A baby cot is also available. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a balcony.

Our studios are situated in a quiet location in the heart of Laganas, close to everything. Laganas beach is just 400m away (5 mins away on foot) and with just a 2-3 min walk you can reach a coffeeshop, mini market & many nice restaurants and bars. At the same time, the main strip of Laganas with many nightclubs is just 600m away (6-7 mins on foot).

Our studio has a kitchenette and a bathroom and can comfortably accommodate up to 3 guests in total on 3 single beds. Two of the single beds could also be turned into a double bed with a top mattress, if that's preferred (please let us know in advance). An extra bed can be also placed to accommodate a 4th guest, if needed.
