Yet, accessible to Carmel / Pebble Beach / Santa Cruz. A variety of outdoor activities, including hiking, bicycling, kayaking, golfing and whale watching. A full breakfast is served daily. It should also be noted it is a gated property and the home is accessed through a dirt / gravel private country lane which is 0.75 mile from the gate.

3 bedroom, 2 bath house in the quaint town of Moss Landing with the beach a short stroll down the street and many highly rated restaurants (Phil’s Fish Market winner Food Network for their Cioppino). Centrally located off Hwy 1 makes it a short drive to Monterey Bay Aquarium and fine restaurants. Just past Monterey is the town of Carmel where you will find the famous Pebble Beach Golf, Scenic 17 Mile Drive & many artist galleries. Day trip to Big Sir home of amazing waterfalls & Bixby Bridge.

Great S. Salinas neighborhood within walking distance to Old Town. In Old Town you will find great restaurants, places to get a drink, nightlife, and movie theater. Centrally located, 100 miles to San Francisco, 15 miles to Monterey Peninsula (Fisherman's Wharf, Aquarium, Pacific Grove, & Carmel). The unit is brand new. Cozy, sunny, and spacious, with lots of privacy. There is a Microwave, Keurig, and mini-fridge (no freezer) available for use. There is NO stove, oven, or air-conditioning.

Camper has its own private patio for privacy. The area is out in country. Camper has everything you need for a stay but I would encourage guest not to bring extra guests due to the limited space for everyone. Also, please keep in mind place is located on a rural area so please note that unexpected noise can be heard. I cannot control what goes outside of my property. Only a small pet with host permission.
