Private apartment w/hot tub for 4 & abundant amenities. Kitchen stocked w/ basics for cooking. Access to back yard with grill, fire pit & pond stocked w/ trout (for feeding). Access to 1 mile +/- of scenic wooded trails & beaver pond w/ pedal boat. Close to Burke Mtn, VAST & Kingdom Trails. Hosts on site & available if needed. DISH, smart TV, movies & games. Internet WiFi should be strong we now have fiber. Poor cell service. NO PETS. Please don't ask.

The Wagon is located in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont, is nestled in the woods, supremely private, off-grid, and deeply serene. Besides the natural chorus of the woods, listen for the loll of the nearby dairy cows. Everything you need is supplied except WiFi, your imagination, gypsy souls, and groceries/ice. Come and have a peaceful time!

This treehouse was hand built by us as a peaceful and serene reTREEt in the North East Kingdom of Vermont. Perched above the ground in a couple of trees, this treehouse has nature all around it with views of Lake Willoughby below. While visiting, make sure to go for a dip in the lake or hike one of the many trails around.
