Located 200m from the beach, the house offers wellness, rest and reconnecting with nature. In the house one can find everything needed for a relaxed vacation, and in the garden there are unique Biodesign pool, whirlpool, dining area and the grill. And a lot of greenery (we are nature and bee friendly). Property is fully fenced and pet friendly.

The apartment is located in a family house, on the slopes of a small hill that rises above the sea, and is ideal for a relaxing holiday. Enjoy a romantic evening walk along the promenade with souvenir shops, bars and restaurants. We also recommend a visit to the nearby historic town of Labin.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a family house in a very quiet neighborhood. It consists of a bedroom with a large double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa, a bathroom with a shower. The terrace is private, large, comfortable and partially covered. Parking is in the yard, free of charge. Apartment is only 15 minutes walk from the beach, 5 minutes drive to the cultural and historical city of Rovinj.
