Our renovated house is the ideal place to enjoy Cretan hospitality. It is located 20 steps away from the peaceful beach of Agios Panteleimonas. Two short paths on either side of the house lead to nearby beaches. On the right side you can find the famous Vulisma beach with its crystal clear waters and golden sand and on the left a chill beach for relaxation and meditation. You can reach supermarkets, tavernas, cafes, or pool-bars within 5 minutes by foot. Agios Nikolaos is 10 minutes away by car.

Η VILLA SPILIO είναι ένα πέτρινο σπίτι χτισμένο σε ένα μικρό ακρωτήρι.Από κάθε σημείο του σπιτιού ο επισκέπτης μπορεί να απολαύσει το απέραντο γαλάζιο του Αιγαίου. Διαθέτει μεγάλο κρεβάτι και καναπέ-κρεβάτι και όλες τις απαραίτητες οικιακές συσκευές. Εξωτερικά έχει μεγάλη αυλή, με μπάρμπεκιου και ξυλόφουρνο. The 15 sqm house, equipped with kitchennette and full bath, has picturesque views of the island Psira that you can enjoy from your private terrace. Take a 15 minute stroll through the olive groves and arrive at Tholos beach for a dip in the crisp waters of the mediterranean sea. The surrounding area is rich in ancient history, with many gorgeous beaches, gorges, and archeological sites to visit.

With pine trees around, citrus and olive orchards, it is ideal for a quiet stay-family travel. It is a summer house for my family- my parents live permanently at the ground floor.
