Welcome to our lakefront family vacation home, nestled on a peaceful and private stretch of Head Lake in Hastings, Michigan. Here you’ll enjoy a serene setting on a quiet lake, 7-person hot tub, and lakefront access with paddle boards and kayaks available to use. Conveniently located just one mile from Camp Michawana, 10 minutes from Hastings, and 40 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids. This home is beautifully designed to be the backdrop of precious new memories w/ your loved ones! Pets welcome!

Seahorse Cottage

Just a short walk from the water (2 min, NOT lakefront, side street). Crystal lake is 5.3 miles. There is an access site you can anchor a boat at for the day (anchor, no dock or land, but you can anchor in the water and walk back to the cottage), the beach is 1/2 mile away, and raceway is 1 mile away. The large double lot sometimes has guests in a camper on the 2nd lot and a shared firepit. Golfcarts are allowed. VALID PHOTO ID and phone number will be required immediately after booking.

Great swimming, fishing/ice fishing, snorkeling, hiking. Perfect for a couple families. The kids will never be bored. Many extras. Pet fee is $35/pet per stay, please contact the owner regarding pets. Room for groups like Family Reunions, Group outing, Holiday Gatherings, Deer Widows Weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years!

Custom built home on Hess Lake with incredible sunset views and lots of amenities! The Loon's Nest is a unique lakefront bungalow with backyard bunkhouse. It comes with a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks, private beach & dock w/swim platform from May through late October (weather permitting). The property spreads across 2 large lots offering expansive views of Lake Wabasis; a sandy shoreline beach; and a backyard surrounded by woodlands for complete privacy. There's also an adjacent vernal pond full of wildlife that fill the area with a relaxing chorus of the sounds of nature.

Lakefront Cottage w/Pontoon, Dock & Paddle Boat

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this renovated waterfront cottage has scenic views and 66' of private shoreline on Lake Wabasis. Swan cottage comes w/18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May-October, weather permitting). There is a front deck, side patio, bonfire pit & gas grill. The cottage is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced. But we supply a spiral ground stake w/cable. And a one-time pet fee is included in the total cost when booking.

Beautiful colors surround you in the fall. Perfect for those who enjoy bird watching, golf, and relaxing by the lake. The Lake Breeze Cottage will be a memorable getaway for your whole family! Located only 40 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids you can spend your time on the lake...not the highway!

Caroline Cottage

Unique one-room cottage on the bank of the Huron River. A half-mile walk to the pedestrian-friendly Village of Milford, known for its array of shops, restaurants, outside dining, concerts, and festivals. Perfect bungalow for single, couple, or small family. Living area has double sofa bed. Tiny home with many unique features. Fire pit at river's edge for relaxing or roasting marshmallows, and a gas grill on the dining patio. Two sit-in kayaks available May 15–Oct. 15.

Swim or fish in the sandy bottom lake. Gather around a campfire at the water's edge. Use our Kayaks with life jackets provided. Also a public boat launch nearby. Bring your own boat and tie off on our dock or rent a Pontoon boat from a rental company next door.
