Beau studio lumineux et au calme dans une maison familiale juste en dehors de Bxl mais proche des transports publiques (15' à pied). Resto's, supermarché, coiffeur, pharmacie ,... à proximité (<1km) Place de parking privative. Possibilité de profiter d'un espace au jardin avec une table et 2 chaises. notre femme de ménage passe tous les vendredis. Si vous le souhaitez, elle peut nettoyer le studio et changer les draps et le La piscine est à louer (avec supplement) en fonction des disponibilités.

La maison est composée d'un sejour, une cuisine toute équipee, 1 toilette, 2 chambres et 1 salle de d'eau ( douche, lavabo, toilette) a l'étage. Facilités de parking a côté de la maison. Localisation idéalle : proximité des transports en communs de l'Avenue de Tervuren ( tram 39 et 44 ). Située à 5 min. en voiture de la Place Dumon et du Parc du Cinquantenaire!

Hostel Private bedroom with 2 twin beds. Common bathroom (with 2 showers), 2 toilets & a fully equipped common kitchen to share with all my potential guests. Towels, shampoo, hairdryer, and Wi-Fi access. Located at 2 minutes walk from the Central Station and the Grand-Place, also near an underground public parking (rate is 28€ for 24 hours ). The room is accessible only by stairs on the 2nd floor. Kindly note that breakfast isn't included. Hope to see you soon in my lovely city! :-)

It includes a completely private and quiet bed- and bathroom. These overlook an urban jungle. The bed is a very comfortable Auping double bed (180/200). There is a little lounge with 2 armchairs + projector (Netflix). The connecting bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. No: pets, smoking , parties, photo shoots
