You can unload and drive directly into the park entrance. Great for a weekend of fun at the park. Has plenty of space for relaxing including a pool and a pool house. The house sits in the middle of 80 acres surrounded by cattle. The white river access at Salado creek is 1/4 mile away. Great for a kayak adventure!

This quaint, cozy, country cottage is only minutes east of Batesville., AR. The cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, kitchen, laundry and lovely yard with pergola in back including firepit. Wifi is strong and fast and easy to stream. Beds are for 4 guests, but extra mattress can be used for 5th guest, Bathroom does have shower as well.
