Conveniently located 5 miles from Folly Beach and downtown, you are just minutes from the best Charleston has to offer. This beachy farmhouse cottage features 17 ft cathedral ceilings, fully stocked kitchen, live edge slab island bar top, over 250 sqft of outdoor living space with a hot private hot tub, a bedroom with queen on main floor, and loft with queen bed accessed by a spiral staircase.

Take it easy at this cozy & tranquil getaway, located on a saltwater pond. Share our backyard with us to relax in a hammock, enjoy catch & release fishing & chill by the fire 🔥 pit. No cleaning fee! Fragrance free detergent used for bedding & towels. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. No animals of any kind allowed. We would love to adhere to Airbnb's guidelines for service or emotional support animals, unfortunately we cannot due to health issues of the owner.

Large Guesthouse with Private Dock & Marsh Views

This newly built carriage house is separate from the main house. The cottage is about 1,200 sqft so it very open and spacious and great views of marsh and our tidal creek. We have a separate work area with desk and a massive dinning table if you need more room to work or to gather with friends. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, massive shower, the list goes on. Guesthouse Convenient to Charleston, Shem Creek, and Beaches

Relax in this separate guest home nestled in a well-established Lowcountry neighborhood. The ‘treehouse’ has an open-plan design with vaulted notched board ceilings, creating a feeling of light and space, with elegant furnishings throughout. The well-equipped kitchen and grill on the porch encourages intimate home cooking. We lived in this space before we moved into the main house, so we can attest to it being comfortable, and well maintained.

Indigo House Poolside Retreat

Bright, beachy and bohemian one bedroom pool house in the heart of James Island, 10 minutes from downtown Charleston and 15 from Folly Beach. Relax in a hammock under the covered pergola, float in the saltwater pool, and gather around the gas fire pit at night. Full kitchen, cozy king bed and a lush tropical backyard. Please note: we live here full time, so the private apartment is yours, but the pool and backyard are shared with our family.
