There's no hotels on James Island which is the only connection to the beach. So, if you're looking to get close to Folly Beach, without the noise or paying hundreds of dollars per night, we'd be honored to host you. Our home is safe, quiet, cozy and deeply grounding. Welcome to my low country home on James Island, located on a tidal creek within a quiet family neighborhood. The large backyard is on a beautiful marsh with water access allowing for amazing views. It’s 7min from downtown and 10min from Folly Beach. Perfect central location on James Island to everything Charleston has to offer. You will find our house fully-stocked-we have stayed in many Airbnbs, and want to make sure you have what's needed, without being burdened with our belongings. LOCATION: Our home is located right between Charleston and Folly Beach - 12 minutes/5 miles to each. ISSUES? Our son & daughter-in-law live right around the corner, and care for the home.
