Face mer, plein sud, au calme d'une impasse, c'est une maison traditionnelle très lumineuse, sur une parcelle de 1800 m2 et restructurée en 2023. Prazeres est au centre de la partie la plus ensoleillée de Madeira. Profitez des terrasses, du jardin, de la piscine chauffée (8x3m) et du verger avec ses fruits exotiques et européens.
