The Knoxville Little House is a recently converted 380 square-foot structure. Half of the house contains a kitchen and living space and the other half contains the bedroom and bath/laundry. This cute little house is perfect for a single guest or couple and one child. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with access to I 75 and downtown Knoxville within minutes. Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.

BIRDLAND - Your Private Retreat

The Guest House here on the Birdland Retreat provides a three bedroom, two bathroom private accommodation on the grounds of a quiet 18 acre retreat 20 minutes northeast of downtown Knoxville, Knoxville Zoo and University of Tennessee and just an hour away from the major family attractions at Sevierville and Dollywood. The Guest house is completely private and self contained with a well appointed open kitchen and comfortable dining area to easily allow for in house dining.
