The Magical Cabin on Back Creek

Magic is the word most people use when they visit this hidden gem. Built in 1939 as a fishing cabin by a gentleman who incorporated box cars as rafters and beams, dates still visible since removing the attic. By far the best place I've ever lived. I decided to share it with others who love to explore, who love listening to the voice of the creek or who come just to sit on the porch high above the creek with a spouse, friend, family, or alone. Cabin On The Creek

Set in the beautiful Alleghany Mountain Range, the Cabin On The Creek is a custom-built luxury cabin with amazing views and access to Potts Creek on a private wooded property. Multiple outdoor areas to enjoy the sights and sounds of the creek include the back porch, observation deck with Adirondack chairs, and walking path that leads to a stunning view of the Potts Creek “Sinks.” Enjoy the tranquil natural environment as you make use of the outdoor grill, picnic area, fire pit, and hot tub.

Enjoy the firepit and sleep under the stars on a king-size bed. A great place for a romantic getaway or to celebrate a special occasion. Please note: we do not allow children or pets.

Modern Glass Cabin-The View @ Four Fillies Lodge

Four Fillies Lodge is an 84 acre private estate available for you to explore & enjoy. The View Modern Glass Cabin is a top of the line romantic cabin with modern amenities and huge windows for optimal views of the creek. Includes 1 King bed, 1 full bathroom, and a kitchenette. This is the perfect place to enjoy relaxation or adventurous activities such as fishing, hiking, caving, white water rafting, and so much more! Cabin on the Creek

This 1 room cabin with kitchenette (2 top burner, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker) with full bath is set on Toms Creek, fifteen minutes drive from Virginia Tech and the town of Blacksburg. The space itself is private, rustic and charming even though we live just next door. We thank you for no pets, vaping or smoking inside the cabin and we are happy to share that our onsite managers, Ray and Mara, will be handling all inquiries on our behalf.

Our newest Airbnb Glampsite, Falling Waters boasts full-frontal views of the waterfall, lower pools, & cascades of Sweet Springs Creek. The best piece of real estate on the Property, this glampsite will simply astonish your expectations & impress your senses. Falling waters is off the grid, has a comfy bed, stays cool during the Summer, & is fully heated with propane in the Winter!

The Steel Nest is a modern mountain retreat designed for slow mornings, fresh air, and peaceful disconnect from the everyday. Surrounded by trees and complete privacy, this architect-designed cabin offers a front-row seat to nature. Spend your mornings sipping coffee as sunlight filters through the woods, the afternoon exploring the property or nearby trails, then unwind with a soak in the hot tub as the sun dips behind the mountains.

Our house is really special & unique. We want you to come enjoy the space! HUGE Private one room off the back of the house. We share a wall and you will hear us. Room comes with living room area, tv, king size bed, large private master bath, ability to set temperature (within range). Welcome to LJ Manor, a beautifully remodeled farmhouse dating back to the 1880s. Located just a short drive to Virginia Tech, the New River and numerous hiking trails including the famous Cascades, LJ Manor is the ideal retreat for nature lovers, history enthusiasts, and those simply seeking a peaceful getaway.

The Cabin is a luxurious rural escape, with a 3-person hot tub. Located on a permaculture homestead and native plant sanctuary, the space overlooks the garden and is surrounded by forest. Natural/local materials were used throughout (built in 2023). For larger groups, check out the guest house next door (Airbnb: Guest House on Homestead near Floyd/Blacksburg). ~10 miles to Floyd, ~20 miles to Blacksburg, ~35 miles to Roanoke.

This house was renovated to its earlier 20th century glory with 2 full bathrooms, 2 bedrooms & 2 living spaces with 2 pull-out couches and a kitchen. It has a wrap around porch and porch swing. The cottage is 100 feet from the New River and 50 feet from the N&W railroad, with the train running close by.
