The upper rooms have air conditioning. Kitchen is fully equipped. Free parking spot in a parking lot approx. 1.5 km from the apartment. Suitable for couples and families.

S citem rekonstruované podkroví s výhledem do přírody a koupacím sudem na terase (za příplatek) a domácím kinem. Rádi Ti naše místo propůjčíme. K dispozici Ti bude celý prostor včetně terasy. Pomůžeme naplánovat výlet a objevit krásy Krušnohoří. Staráme se o naše místo s láskou a pečlivostí. Chceme, aby ses tu i Ty cítil jako doma. Hory, příroda i lázeňské město od každého je tu trochu!

The cottage accommodates 10 (up to 14) guests and is located in the peaceful village of Zhořec near Bezdružice, offering a perfect place to relax and spend time with family or friends. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, two bathrooms, two double rooms with extra beds, a family room for four, and a cozy attic sleeping area for another four guests. A spacious garden invites relaxation and outdoor activities, while farm animals add to the authentic countryside atmosphere.

The base capacity is 8 people in 4 bedrooms, for additional 2 guests we provide extra beds. Facilities include sauna, ski-room with a hot-air boot dryer and roofed parking space on the property. Privacy is guaranteed by a large fenced garden. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and local ski slopes. Garden Finnish sauna is for an additional fee.

Dům kde se apartmán nachází je nejstarší v dané části Karlových Varů. Naproti na patře je 2. apartmán s názvem KON-TIKI (54m2 LOFT), který máme také v nabídce. Vzdálenosti k orientačním bodům ve městě: 750 m Muzeum Jan Becher, 50 m Penny Market, 450 m autobusový terminál směr Praha 60 m zastávka MHD. Parkování ZDARMA za rohem.

Or relax in the private gym, the infrared sauna, or the garden whirlpool. The outdoor area is still under construction, therefore a special price applies for the time being.

My apartment is situated right at the beginning of the famous spa colonnade, just next to Hotel Thermal in the heart of Karlovy Vary. Enjoy beautiful walks along the colonnades, spa springs or spa parks. The apartment is perfect for 2–3 guests and features a separate bedroom. Everything important is within a short walking distance - supermarkets, cafés, restaurant, spas...Enjoy!

Prostorný a plně vybaveny byt 1+1 v centru Karlových Varů. Být se nachází ve 4. patře historické budovy takže zde není výtah. V blízkosti se nachází muzeum Becher, Léčivé prameny, Lázeňské domy, velké množství resturací a obchodů. Možnosti cenově dostupného parkování jsou Cca 5-7 minut chůze od apartmánu. Autobusové a vlakové nádraží 5 minut od apartmánu.

Easy and new designed loft studio is situated near the Hot Spring and the colonnades - walking distance within 2 minutes - in an old house (4th floor, no lift) in a street called the Steep street and it really is. There is a garden to relax.
