Terrasilt saad nautida rohkem kui 180° vaadet ja kõiki vanalinna tornitippe. Vaade igast aknast on samuti suurepärane.Jalgsi on kesklinna või järveni 500m. Sind ootavad romantiline Viljandi vanalinn, kohvikud, järverand ja Lossimäed. Maja asub mäeküljel, seega on vajalik kasutada palju treppe. Ka teise korruse sissepääsuni saab ainult treppidest.

Grill- kaasa võtta süsi, muu olemas. Lastele mänguväljak, batuut, kiigud, trosslaskumine, mängumaja, hoov jooksmiseks. Meil on väike koer, miniküülik, kanad. Pererahvas elab kõrval majas.

Built in 2017, this private 60 m2 winter-proof wooden house has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with an open kitchen. There is also an electric sauna and terrace that opens up to a meadow that is being naturally rewilded into a forest. Lots of natural light, AC, heated floors, a fully equipped kitchen, sauna and 4G wi-fi will provide a comfortable and relaxing stay in all seasons. There is a 22kW EV charger at your disposal, powered by 100% renewable electricity.

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

There is fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. The apartment is suitable for 2-3 persons: 1 double size bed and 1 foulding sofa.
