1 bedroom basement apartment with living room, kitchen, and full bathroom with washer/dryer combo. Guests enter into a common area via door at back of home (through gate on left side of driveway). Apartment is downstairs from common area (through door to the left immediately upon entry). Common area doubles as a night-time sleeping area for our dogs (kenneled). The dogs are often roaming the backyard. They’ll approach you & try to play, if you let them. All of the animals are very friendly.

The Kelly Gallery Gardens were designed to bring people closer to nature. Located on the edge of Blue Valley River, with scenic views of open fields, sunrises, and wildlife. Our carriage house can sleep 1-6 people. Enjoy 10 acres of forests, a fishing pond, and private paths. Nature experiences held through BlueRiverForestExperience. org. Nature and Forest Therapy. Learn about the wild edibles. Licensed massage therapist and Jin Shin Jitsu therapist available for appointments.

Water & Light Yurt

Enjoy the serenity of nature when you stay in this traditional Mongolian Yurt nestled into our 6+ acre forest oasis in Kansas. Access to a creek, small lake (kayaks and canoe available), and forest trails, with lots of varieties of plants and wildlife. You will most likely see some of our friendly cats roaming around, too. Hillsdale Lake is right up the road with miles of horse/bike/walking trails and boats to rent. A beautiful experience in all four seasons! 🌱🌺🍂❄️

The Modern KC Lake House

Welcome to the lake retreat in the heart of the city! Waking up to the sunrise on the water & watching the geese roam about is quite the morning delight. Spend your afternoon fishing off the dock or watching football on the patio which has a 65in outdoor tv, corn hole, & a smoker! Visit KC during the day & wind down at night with a cozy fire by the lake! **No kayaking or swimming is permitted. Guests are only allowed to access the lake via our private dock.

The home is conveniently located approximately 5 minutes from KC Winery and 1 minute from Gardner Golf course. No parties or gatherings are to be held at the lake house.

This beautiful cottage-style bungalow has two bedrooms with queen size beds and one bath. This home has been completely renovated and is located on its own 1 acre plot with private parking and is part of a larger 20 acre farm. Enjoy waking up to the sounds of the birds, seeing other wildlife and a wooded walking trail beside a rocky stream in your own private get-a-way.
