1890's Bunkhouse Getaway

Make some memories at this family-friendly place. Built in the late 1890's, this bunkhouse was a place to rest for working cowboys. Today, you can enjoy the updated home by watching horses peacefully graze, enjoy a cookout, play a board game, or read. Located two miles from downtown Alvarado and has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a study space, and internet connection. There is a fenced area of the backyard for dogs to run around. Riding lessons are available dependent on schedule.

We also have a two car garage with a 50 amp EV connection, so bring your charger! No need to look for a charging station, your car will be ready to go in the morning. We have a TV in each bedroom, and 98” TV in the living room with sound system.

We are located in the safest historical neighborhood in Cleburne, not to mention the cutest! We worked hard to restore this 1940’s home with loads of character and charm. In fact we love this neighborhood so much that we live one block over. You will also enjoy being centrally located. The drive to downtown, the Hulen park, Splash Station, or HEB are less than 2 minutes away!
