Our Piece of U.P. Paradise

Escape to tranquility at Our Piece of UP Paradise. A 3 bedroom home nestled on pristine, spring-fed Sporley Lake. A trophy trout lake with pan fish, it is also home to resident eagles, serenading loons, frogs and turtles. Great swimming, kayaking (provided), fishing. Enjoy evenings around the firepit or in our enclosed gathering room outside of the wood fired sauna. Our home offers a perfect blend of rustic charm with modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable and unforgettable stay.

Bayview

You will think of this 3 bedroom 2 bath house on the lake as your home away from home. Summer brings water sports, grilling and eating on the deck and enjoying sunsets over the lake. Winter months include accessing snowmobile trails from your front door, nearby downhill and cross country ski venues and snowshoeing. Curl up by a crackling fire at days end. Spring brings day trips to beautiful waterfalls. Fall brings hunting to mind. Plenty of wooded areas for bird and deer hunting.

Chocolay River Cabin

Small hand hewn log cabin on Chocolay River. Good fishing, approximately 5 miles from snowmobile and ORV trails. Full kitchen. 1 BR (Q), Full sofa sleeper and 1 bath. Outdoor electric sauna. A fire pit. Washer/dryer. Basic amenities. Full kitchen. There is WiFi but cell service can be very sketchy. Texting does seem to work ok. We do have a cell phone booster there but it still isn’t great. If you need to make a call you can drive about 1 mile out to US 41 and service is good.

Upper Pine-insula Lodge - 6 Sleeping Rooms

Built in 1974, this rustic and architecturally unique cabin is an all wood modified A-Frame nestled in the woods of the Upper Peninsula. Floor to ceiling windows and a lofted second floor allow natural light and gorgeous views of Lake Superior. Enjoy our sandstone swimming hole in the summer, or the cast iron wood stove in the winter. Located 20 minutes from Marquette and 30 minutes from Munising, our home offers a quiet place to relax and feel close to nature.

Central U.P. / Marquette County home

This home is centrally located in the U.P.. It's right down the street from the snowmobile and ATV trails (trail 8). It's surrounded by lakes and rivers and outdoor recreation of all kinds. It's a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath with central heating and air conditioning. It's got plenty of room for your trailers and toys. Want to bring the kids? There is a park across the street. Whether you're visiting for business or pleasure, this home is the place for you.

Timberville - Timmy

The Timmy Cabin at Timberville in Gwinn is an ADA Compliant, charming, family‑friendly getaway near lakes and trails. It comfortably sleeps 7 guests, with an Olympic Queen bed, a Full XL bed, and three Twin XL beds—Blending rustic timber construction with cozy modern amenities. Ideal for outdoor-loving groups, it offers easy access to cross‑country skiing, fishing, public lake accesses, and direct access to a groomed snowmobile trail.

Deluxe Cabin - 1

Each cabin has a queen bed with a set of bunk beds, a futon, full bathroom, electric two burner cooktop, 43” TV, refrigerator, microwave, fire-pit, covered porch, and picnic table. All Cabin rentals include water, electricity, AC and heat. Linens, towels and kitchen utensils are provided.Cabins will also have private wifi access. Large parking available for ATV/Snowmobile trailers.
