Markakis Estate is a distinctive property and events venue nestled in the picturesque calm village of Embrosneros in the Apokoronas region. The Estate is designed with organic looks to experience of Cretan nature, diet and joie de vivre. It consists of 2 connected stone houses with a roof terrace and cozy pool overlooking "carpets" of olive groves. Furnished with ascetic elegance of earthy materials, it is a prefect place to enjoy mindful simplicity of island summer and its al fresco events.

Kitchen and living room are not separated by any wall and this creates an open and comfortable environment. We grow our food in an organic way and we have 8 chickens and 2 goats, which provide us with fresh milk and eggs every day. So don't waste your time in crowded resorts and boring apartments. Vraskos villa - free heated pool for low season

The villa enjoys a unique rural location. Set on a spacious private plot, fully enclosed by a stone wall and metal fencing. The beautiful rural setting provides the perfect atmosphere! A small pebble beach can be reached after a short walk through a wild stony pathway. Only in 5-8' driving you are in all the amenities! In 2026 there will be two more villas in the area but without obstructing the marvelous rural views. Around May new photos of the area will be available to be uploaded.
