Lokacija je idealna jer ste za 8 km u predivnoj Opatiji, od centra grada Rijeke apartman je udaljen 5,6 km, od Trsata 9 km, a od predivnog otoka Krka 34 km. U istoj kući iznajmljuje se i mali studio apartman za 2 osobe, koji je moguće iznajmiti istovremeno kad je slobodan.
