Spurrell's Retreat

Steve & Angie are your hosts at Spurrell’s Retreat… a brand new, unique, self-contained, high-tech holiday accommodation, created, as part of our renovation of Manor House Farm. The Retreat offers stylish, peaceful and relaxing accommodation for two adults, open plan living/sleeping, a private raised patio with fire pit and gas BBQ, a separate kitchen with electric oven, hob, fridge, and dishwasher, and a bathroom with walk-in shower and sauna, all WiFi and audio connected. Beautiful coastal cottage, beach & pub 5 min walk!

The Coach House is a lovely, self-contained cottage located within the grounds of our farmhouse. It is a very short walk away from Weybourne beach, The Ship Inn, The Maltings hotel and our village cafe and shop. Close by is the beautiful Georgian town of Holt, the coastal town of Sheringham and Sheringham Park. We are located just off the North Norfolk coast road, very convenient for Blakeney, Cromer, Holkham and Wells Next the Sea. For a holiday to North Norfolk this is the perfect location!

Family Quiet Parkside Chalet in Coastal Weybourne

Escape to this beautifully appointed, dog friendly, coastal chalet near Weybourne Beach, set within quiet, private park setting on the North Norfolk coast. With a private garden, outdoor dining, free parking, and a bright, fully equipped kitchen, it’s ideal for couples, small families, or a relaxing seaside getaway. Just a short walk to the village with it's dog-friendly eateries, beach, and scenic coastal paths. A great base for ornothologists, sea-fishers, cyclists, walkers or golfers too!

Birdwatchers Retreat in Cley: annexe for one guest

Enjoy a relaxing stay half a mile from Cley Marshes (Norfolk Wildlife Trust) visitor centre and a mile from the sea. It is an ideal location for bird watchers, walkers and cyclists. This warm and comfortable well presented modern refurbished small annexe (one guest only) benefits from en-suite shower room, independent access, outside seating area/patio and secure parking on site. Free use of fast Wi-Fi. Bike storage. My daughter Rachel and myself are happy to reply to any queries.

Pepperpot cottage

This delightful and newly renovated house is located in a quiet, but central location in the heart of the historic North Norfolk market town, Holt. Just a few seconds stroll from the busy Byfords restaurant cafe and situated in the centre of the town and its multitude of shops and local attractions, this is the perfect bolthole getaway.  There is private parking for one vehicle. The cottage offers a perfect living space for a families or a couple. Note: This is a non-smoking property.  

Stunning, spacious barn sleeps 2.

Canfers Barn is close to Holt and the stunning North Norfolk Coast. It is in a quiet, rural location great for exploring the North Norfolk coastline. A well behaved dog is welcome at an additional charge. (Max 2 dogs). There are some great pubs within a short drive and some fabulous walks nearby and immediately from the property on our arable farm. Please note that Canfers is very popular and usually only available for a minimum of 7 nights. Occasionally short breaks are available.

The Boathouse in Sennowe Park is a truly special property and we are delighted to have the opportunity to let it on behalf of its wonderful owners! Designed by renowned Norfolk architect George Skipper The Boathouse sits in a totally unrivalled position looking over the beautiful lake and grounds at Sennowe Park, next to Pensthorpe Nature reserve (recent home of BBC’s ‘Springwatch’) and just a 20-minute drive from the North Norfolk coast at Wells-next-the-Sea.

Brook Cottage stylish renovated the ideal location

Brook Cottage is a beautifully appointed & equipped to the highest standards throughout. Enjoy the boutique feel through to the outside dining area from where you can relax and enjoy the all day sun & complete shelter from any stray winds. This is a special location from which to explore the exceptionally lovely North Norfolk Coast, great walks and wonderful wildlife. Located a few minutes drive from our tennis & pickleball courts and children's play area.

Woodland Retreat - Kelling Heath

Enjoy a relaxing stay in our 2-bed caravan at Kelling Heath Holiday Park, just a short walk from the Village Square. The main bedroom has a double bed with en-suite shower, the second has two singles, and there’s a main bathroom with a bath. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area, Wi-Fi, smart TV and indoor/outdoor seating. Guests can access park facilities such as pools, gym, sauna, tennis and nature trails (some require booking and an additional charge).

Situated in the delightful grounds of Birkfield House, near Holt, this luxuriously appointed double Shepherd's Hut boasts a beautiful William Holland copper and nickel bath, outdoor private hot-tub as well as an over-bed skylight for stargazing, full shower room, kitchen, dining and seating area with log burner - plus al-fresco options and outdoor space overlooking the pond from its own private deck.
