Kirkland is a beautiful town that sits on the shores of Lake Washington. It is a 15 minute drive to downtown Seattle. Come stay and relax in this quiet cozy little MIL apartment located above my detached garage. In addition to the full bathroom in your unit, there is a full bathroom with full size washer and dryer for your use, if needed, in the garage below. If you are looking for a allergy free place to stay, this is it. Clean, hardwood floors, dust free, alternative down pillows, 600 count Egyptian cotton linens. Sorry! NO PETS or SMOKERS.

Walking distance to Kenmore downtown with a selection of bars, coffee shops and restaurants. Half an hour drive to Seattle, Bellevue, or Lynnwood.

Cedar House - Studio Guest House

Welcome to The Cedar House, a studio guest house detached from our main house. You will have separate entrance, private bathroom. Wood floors and ceilings and the woods you see through the windows give it the feeling of a cabin. The queen bed is in the loft and you must be able to use the stairs to get to it! There is a queen sleeper sofa on the main level for more sleeping. Upon request, 2 additional single air mattresses and bedding are available. Space is available for a baby pack-n-play.
