You can ride your bike right onto the trail going towards Woodinville, or head west towards Seattle. Walk to Sammamish river and enjoy paddle boarding onto Lk Washington or Lake Sammamish. Very spacious 4 bedroom house, with a dedicated play area, air hockey, ping pong table, open concept with 2 decks overseeing Sammamish Valley!

Walking distance to Kenmore downtown with a selection of bars, coffee shops and restaurants. Half an hour drive to Seattle, Bellevue, or Lynnwood.

We accommodate 6 people in beds plus provide a queen size air mattress.
