The whole space has since been re-imagined for guests, including two full newly-renovated modern baths. Some interesting original features still remain, such as exposed Cream City brick and a wood burning fireplace. It has many amenities including the Little Birch A-Frame playhouse for the kids and an outdoor firepit. The River Birch is just a 20 minute drive to Alpine Valley for snow skiing and summer concerts! It’s an ideal getaway for couples, families, or friends seeking relaxation and nature and dog friendly!

This log cabin is an old hunting lodge. It is rustic, charming and quaint, nestled in the woods of Wisconsin and next to a tranquil pond. The location is close to the Johnson Park golf course and 5 miles from the beautiful Lake Michigan shore. It is a perfect place to relax, write or escape from the stress of life. In the winter a 4-wheel drive vehicle is necessary to reach the site. Please note: bathroom facilities are a close walk away. Heating from wood stove only.
