Horse Haven

Equestrian decor flavors this cozy second floor apartment. You will find a brand new walk-in shower, coffee bar, carpet, furniture, freshly-painted walls and fast fios internet. We technically live just outside of the town limits yet are only two miles from Route 1, which gives you quick access to Wilmington and Dover. Ten acres of woods and pastures surround our bucolic property. Our eventual goal is to host traveling nurses and military as we are close to several hospitals and DAFB.

The Magnolia Cat Camper

The Magnolia Cat is our little camper nestled on a private road, with nature, & quiet around. Though off the beaten path, there's still so much to see & do. From 10 minutes to ponds, lakes, & state parks, or 2 hours to Washington DC, Atlantic City, Baltimore, & Philly. Or hang out in our little area for a mini getaway. Our camper is fully equipped with similar comforts of home. So come, sit, stay, or go play if Delaware is your destination! Pets welcome, message us before approval.

The Barn

Welcome to the Barn. It can host up to 4 guests. The bedroom is private with a queen size bed, a closet and a tv. In the living room there is a sleeper sofa that converts to a queen size bed. The living room tv can be enjoyed throughout as the space is open. Step out onto the porch and enjoy the sunrise in the morning and the horses throughout the day. The barn is only 35 miles to the beaches and only 12 miles to DE Turf. Within 1 mile you will find stores, dog parks and playgrounds.
